✧  NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

All of my commissions operate under an assumed NDA. They will not be shared publicly by me without at least one of the following: (1) the explicit written consent of the client, or (2) the related work being shared publicly by the client first. If you want an NDA with terms different from this, please let me know. It is also fine if you have NDAs I must sign to work with you.

✧  GENERAL NOTES
1. I primarily work with humanoid designs. Any body type, gender, color, etc. is fine. Animals, props, and environments are case-by-case.

2. Sending in a request does not guarantee I will accept your commission.

3. The details of a commission can only be altered before I start working on it, otherwise, it may require an extra fee.

4. If I send you a quote, please note that it will not be valid indefinitely. My prices may change as my skills develop.

5. Depending on the project type, I can send various drafts and updates for client approval and alterations.

6. I do NOT allow any of my artwork to be used for AI training or generative purposes. Additionally, NONE of my work utilizes AI.

7. While I can do style-mimics for certain pieces, please note that I primarily only draw in my own art style.

8. Previous clients do not receive special privileges, and have to adhere to the same waitlists and prices as new clients.

9. I only save works for a certain amount of time. I recommend you save completed works, so they aren't lost.

10. I only speak to clients through my official social media, business email (contactmeotashi@gmail.com), or discord (meotashi). Please note any accounts beyond this may be fraudulent.

✧  I DON'T DRAW...
1. I do NOT draw pornographic material. (Suggestive or sexy is fine! No exposed private parts.)

2. I do NOT draw excessive gore. (Mild is fine! Just nothing too graphic or overly violent.)

3. I do NOT draw hateful imagery of any kind.

4. I do NOT draw stolen or AI designs. I will not copy anyone else's work.

✧  PAYMENTS
1. I typically only begin work after I receive full payment upfront, however, there can be exceptions in special cases.

2. I can offer payment plans if requested in advance. Only on orders 1,000$ USD and higher. No refunds on partial payments.

3. Proposals and quotes are only valid for 6 months upon my sending them to you. 

4. My preferred payment method is via PayPal invoices.

5. Do not pay me without discussing the commission's details with me first. Any payments sent this way are treated as donations.

✧  REVISIONS
1. Revisions in the sketch/storyboard/drafts phases of commissions are totally fine and free. No limitations to a reasonable extent.

2. Major revisions on any final stage works may require an extra charge for additional time spent.

3. I do not revise any works older than 6 months.

✧  REFUNDS

1. You may cancel a commission before work is done/payment is sent at any time, no questions asked.

2. If work has started, I will only refund you based on the percentage of work I have not already completed. In the case of a partial refund, I may or may not deliver the unfinished work to you.

✧  RESELLING

1. For my custom design work and VTuber models: You may resell these, but please notify me before resale of my original characters or outfits. 

2. For illustration or adjacent works: You may resell these (such as when selling your character design to a new owner) without notifying me.

**IN ALL RESALE CASES: I only permit resales for the exact price for which I sold the original work or less. (No upcharging on resale.) You must always credit me for my work, and notify new owners that they must properly credit me when using my work, and they must also agree to my TOS by purchasing my work, even through resale. (See "Use and Credit" below)

✧  DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
1. I can adhere to strict deadlines. Deadlines must be discussed before payment or work is done in every case.

2. I can typically do rush orders for an extra fee. (Same-day or next-day delivery is usually possible!)

3. Images are usually delivered as .PNG, layered files as .PSD, and videos as .MOV or image sequences. Please let me know before-hand if you need another export type.
 

✧  USE & CREDIT
My works, once delivered, may be used by the client and/or copyright holders at any time on the condition that I am given proper credit as the artist EVERY TIME it is used. To credit me, you may link to any of the following:

3. My Twitter/X ( @meotashie )
4. My YouTube ( @MageMimi )

If these tags or links do not work where you will be sharing it, you may simply credit me as " Meotashi ".

You may place this in the description, caption, and/or image/video itself as long as it is legible and accessible.

FOR COMMERCIAL USE: Commercial Use is typically assumed in my works and does not require an extra fee. Crediting me as stated above is still required, in any case.
 

✧  WHAT INFORMATION SHOULD I PROVIDE?
If you are looking to reach out to me for a project, here is a list of suggestions to include, as I make many decisions based on this information. I may ask you for additional information in my responses to you! (These aren't required, just suggestions if they apply to you.)
1. What are you looking for? (An animation, illustration, costume design, VTuber model, etc)

2. Do you have any specific notes for this work I should know before-hand? (Pose, mood board, song-length, themes, etc)

3. Can you describe your vision for the project? (I.e., I want a happy carefree vibe, pastel colors, a story told about xyz...)

4. Is there a deadline for your project? (whether it's strict or general, I will always ask for this!)

5. Do you have a reference sheet for your character? (include a .PNG attachment, or a Google Drive link!)

6. Are there any limitations I should be aware of? (I.e., Ask for an outfit design with large polygons, so it can be made into a 3D model easily)
