✧  NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

All of my commissions operate under an assumed NDA. They will not be shared publicly by me without at least one of the following: (1) the explicit written consent of the client, or (2) the related work being shared publicly by the client first. If you want an NDA with terms different from this, please let me know. It is also fine if you have NDAs I must sign to work with you.
Commercial use is also typically assumed in my works.

✧  CONTACT, PRICES, & AVAILABILITY

Contact: For new clients, please contact my email for a specific project quote, timeline, and availability. Returning clients may contact my Discord for new work. Please note that I may not always see social media messages. 

Communication: I only speak to clients through my official social media, business email (contactmeotashi@gmail.com), or Discord (meotashi). Any accounts beyond this may be fraudulent. Please note my Discord and email are for business purposes only.

Affiliation: If you are contacting me on behalf of a company or other party, please use an official account or email for that entity, or provide other proof of your affiliation with that entity. 

Availability: ​​I do not have a formal waitlist. Availability depends on commission type as well as my current workload. I will not take on work that I do not feel confident I can deliver within the discussed timeline, and I can do rush delivery depending on my availability. Please contact me to see if/when I have availability to work with you!

✧  GENERAL NOTES
1. I primarily work with humanoid designs. Anybody type, gender, color, etc. is fine. Animals, props, and environments are case-by-case.

2. Sending in a request does not guarantee I will accept your commission. I reserve the right to deny requests.

3. The details of a commission can only be altered before I start working on it, otherwise, it may require an extra fee.

4. Outside of SKEB-style commissions, I almost always send various drafts and updates for client approval and alterations.

5. I only save works for a certain amount of time. I recommend you save completed works, so they aren't lost.

✧  I DON'T DRAW...

1. I do NOT draw excessive gore. (Mild is fine! Just nothing too graphic or overly violent.)

2. I do NOT draw hateful imagery of any kind.

3. I do NOT draw stolen or AI designs. I will not copy anyone else's work. I only draw in my own art style.

✧  PAYMENTS

1. I can offer payment plans if you'd like; payments can be in up to four installments.

2. Proposals and quotes are only valid for 6 months upon my sending them to you. My prices may change as my skills develop.

3. My preferred payment method is via PayPal invoices.

✧  REVISIONS
1. Revisions in the sketch/storyboard/drafts phases of commissions are totally fine and free. No limitations to a reasonable extent.

2. Major revisions on any final stage works may require an extra charge for additional time spent.

3. I do not typically revise projects older than 6 months, as I may not have the project files anymore. If possible, however, an extra fee would be required for the additional revisions post-delivery.

✧  REFUNDS

1. You may cancel a commission before work is done/payment is sent at any time, no questions asked.

2. If work has started, I will only refund you based on the percentage of work I have not already completed. In the case of a partial refund, I may or may not deliver the unfinished work to you.

✧  RESELLING

1. For my custom design work and VTuber models: You may resell these, but please notify me before resale of my original characters or outfits.*

2. For illustration or adjacent works: You may resell these (such as when selling your character design to a new owner) without notifying me.*

**IN ALL RESALE CASES: I only permit resales for the exact price for which I sold the original work or less. (No upcharging on resale.) You must always credit me for my work, and notify new owners that they must properly credit me when using my work, and they must also agree to my TOS by purchasing my work, even through resale. (See "Use and Credit" below)

✧  DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
1. I can adhere to strict deadlines. Deadlines must be discussed before payment or any work is done in every case.

2. I can typically do rush orders for an extra fee. (Same-day or next-day delivery is usually possible!) If not, i will let you know beforehand.

3. Images are usually delivered as .PNG, layered files as .PSD, and videos as .MOV or image sequences. Please let me know beforehand if you need another export type, as I may not be able to provide certain types in high quality.

4. All commissions are completed by the discussed deadlines. If a deadline extension is required, I will notify you ahead of time, although this is rare.

✧  USE & CREDIT
My works, once delivered, may be used by the client and/or copyright holders at any time on the condition that I am given proper credit as the artist EVERY TIME it is used. To credit me, you may link to any of the following:

4. My YouTube ( @MageMimi )

If these tags or links do not work where you will be sharing it, you may simply credit me as " Mage Mimi " OR " Meotashi ".

You may place this in the description, caption, and/or image/video itself as long as it is legible and accessible.

FOR COMMERCIAL USE: Commercial Use is typically assumed in my works and does not require an extra fee. Crediting me as stated above is still required, in every case.

I do NOT allow any of my artwork to be used for AI training or generative purposes. Additionally, NONE of my work utilizes AI.
